Having 39 years of working experience in programme
management and in M&E activities in different international
organizations. Started career with BRAC subsequently worked
in USAID, World Bank, UNDP, EU, funded project and worked in
FAO, Winrock International, ACDI/VOCA and Hifab
International-AB on a wide range of social safety, food
security for ultra-poor and poverty reduction projects.
Have strong and proven expertise on monitoring and
evaluation and successfully managed the M&E activities while
working in different international development organization.
Have proven track record on programme designing, capacity
assessment and capacity building training of development
organization on different thematic areas, management,
planning, monitoring and evaluation within the sectors of
food security and livelihood, disaster risk management,
response and rehabilitation, climate change adaptation,
water and sanitation, formal and non-formal education, TVET,
community health and nutrition, women empowerment, child
labour and worker’s right, modern slavery, human
trafficking, sex trafficking, VAWG, issues related to
disabilities and education.
He visited China, India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Saudi Arabia,
Thailand, United Kingdom and attended different training
courses, seminars and other events. Since 2016, he has been
working as consultant and led more than 50 studies including
Bassein, Mid-term and Endline Evaluation and conducted
capacity building training for the development professional.
