Have more than 40 years’ experience in Development
Programmes comprising design, implementation management and
evaluation of projects in National, International, Donor and
Government organizations. Emphasis has been on capacity
building and grassroots’ participation in human development
and economic development programme, working experience with
civil society, government ministries and departments,
evaluation of projects/ programs and organizations including
impact study and Project Cycle Management (PCM),
Participatory M&E, Organizational Capacity Assessment (OCA).
For many years, he worked with BRAC and with Save the
Children in field as well as country headquarter positions.
Mr.Nath has development cooperation and working experience
with EU, has experience on Evaluation of grant proposals (of
EU and other donors) /Project appraisal. He has been
conducting numerous external program evaluations, project
appraisal, baseline surveys, feasibility studies, program
audits for national, international, donor and government
organizations. He has expertise particularly in the areas of
institution building, CBOs, livelihoods, children and
women’s rights. He has work experiences in Bangladesh,
Nepal, Srilanka and Uganda.
Nath holds a M.Sc. in Statistics, and a diploma in
development management from the Asian Institute of
Management in the Philippines.
